Arrival: Afternoon March 12, 2017.

Accommodation

We have two options for the accommodation of the participants, on the first come first served basis:

• 7 rooms pre-booked at Hotel Mont-Rouge (130 CHF/night+3.5CHF p/night taxes, breakfast included). Please, contact directly Natacha Lathion <hotel@mont-rouge.ch> for the reservation.
• 10 single rooms pre-booked at Hotel Le Deserteur (100 CHF/night+3.5CHF p/night taxes, breakfast included). The hotel will just re-open after a renovation. Please, contact directly Leen Laureyn <info@hotelmontfort.ch> for the reservation.

The accomodation price does not include dinners, which are instead included in the registration fee.

Warning! The meeting dates coincide with the world famous Nendaz Freeride Contest. It means that accommodation options will be limited. Please book your room as soon as you possible.

Alternative solutions: Participants can rent a room in nearby hotels or find lodging via Airbnb. If you book your room via booking.com or airbnb.com, please check the distance to the conference venue.
